Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum product purchase of $149.00 to be shipped by UPS ground only in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are excluded from this free ground shipping promotion.

Free shipping is not available if multiple ship to addresses. If multiple ship to addresses are used, each address must be shipped the minimum $149.00 worth of product.

To redeem, all orders must be placed online and coupon code " FS149" must be entered into the shopping cart at checkout. Free shipping discount coupon will be reflected in the final checkout summary. This offer is only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied or redeemed via phone or email once the order has been received. There will be no price adjustments on previous purchases.

Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included for this promotion. Only one coupon per order. Phone and faxed orders are not be eligible for this promotion.

Returning items - When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge; therefore the shipping portion will be charged to the customer minus the items being returned. Customers must still pay for any return shipping when applicable. Orders that receive free shipping due to any Free Ship promotions may be charged for shipping charges if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate ($149.00). Moments of Elegance reserves the right to deduct any portion of the Free Shipping charge that is going to be charged back to customer against the returned item. Therefore, refunded amount for returned item may not result in any actual refund if item is less than the standard rate for shipping and handling for the total re-adjusted amount of purchase.
Out of stock items - In the event that an item is out of stock, resulting in the order not meeting the minimum $149.00 for free shipment, the customer must select another item to meet the purchase requirement. Free shipping is not be applicable to any orders less than $149.00 even if the reason is because an item selected is not in stock.
